This application needs to be completed by all adults intending to occupy the property.
Before beginning the application, please read and agree to the following statements:
I understand that:
- This Application, each occupant and each pet are subject to acceptance and approval by the Landlord.
- Landlord may rescind acceptance and resume marketing the Premises at any time until the Lease is signed.
- The following proof of income is required:
► Latest Pay Statements/Stubs
► For Hourly/Salary Pay: Last 2 years’ Form W-2
► For Self Employed or Tip Income: Last 2 years’ Form 1040 and Schedule C
► For Military: Copy of Latest LES and Orders - Proof of identity and US residency is required by one of the following forms: (photocopy must be submitted with application):
► Current Driver’s License and Social Security Card
► Valid Passport and Social Security Card
► Military ID - This Application (which consists of four pages) and required documentation must be completed in full. Incomplete or missing information will result in delay of a decision. Willful misrepresentation may be grounds for invalidating a lease.
- A draft of the proposed lease may be reviewed. If the Landlord and Applicant(s) cannot agree on terms, the deposit will be refunded.
- The Applicant is responsible for obtaining property and liability insurance (Renter’s Insurance) and assuming utility accounts where required before occupying Premises.
- Any move-in fees and/or utility deposits are the responsibility of the Applicant(s).
- Only those persons listed in the Application are to live in the Premises.
- The Premises are not to be used for business except with full knowledge and written consent of the Landlord and in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Application has no Leasehold interest until the Lease is signed.
